Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Dapper & Dashing, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are canceled without adequate notice or clients do not arrive, it prevents us from offering that time to other guests and impacts our team's livelihood.
To help us provide the best experience for all clients, we ask that you observe the following policy:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 6 hours' notice may be changed at no charge.

Appointments canceled with less than 6 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment ("No-Shows") will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).

A valid payment method may be required to reserve appointments and may be used to process applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

If a valid payment method is not available, any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before or at the time of the client's next appointment. Dapper & Dashing reserves the right to add the outstanding fee to the client's next service total, require payment before booking future appointments, or decline future appointments until the balance has been satisfied.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. If you experience an exceptional situation, please contact us as soon as possible. Any exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of Dapper & Dashing.

Package Policy
At Dapper & Dashing, our service packages are designed to reward our loyal guests with exceptional value while encouraging a long-term relationship with our salon. By purchasing a package, you are receiving discounted pricing, locking in today’s rates, and enjoying the convenience of prepaid services that never expire.
Package Ownership
All service packages are purchased with Dapper & Dashing and are redeemable with any qualified member of our professional team. While we understand many guests develop a relationship with a preferred stylist or barber, packages are an agreement between the guest and Dapper & Dashing—not between the guest and any individual team member.
Team Member Changes
Our team may occasionally experience staffing changes due to resignation, termination, schedule changes, illness, maternity leave, or other employment circumstances. These situations are a normal part of operating any business and do not affect the validity of your package.
If your preferred stylist or barber is no longer available, your remaining package services may be redeemed with any qualified Dapper & Dashing team member. We are always happy to recommend a stylist or barber whose experience, personality, and skill set best match your preferences to ensure you continue receiving an exceptional experience.
Employment changes involving individual team members do not constitute grounds for a package refund.
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may occasionally change, and we strive to be fair to both our guests and our business.
Unused Packages
Unused packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, less a $25 administrative processing fee.
Packages With Services Redeemed
Once any package service has been used, all services already received will be deducted from the refund at the current full retail price (not the discounted package value), plus a $25 administrative processing fee.
Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Retail Return Policy
At Dapper & Dashing, we stand behind the professional products we recommend and sell.

Unused retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange when accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If a product is determined to be defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it or provide a refund.

Dapper & Dashing reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion.
